PRIVACY POLICY describes why and when I collect, use, and share information when you make a purchase in my shop or contact me through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control. This includes Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy.

INFORMATION I collect:

To fulfil your order, I need certain information, which you have given Etsy permission to provide to me:
your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and details of the product that you’re ordering.
You can choose to give me extra personal information for a custom order for example through conversations.

I NEED and USE your information:
A. to provide my services, such as fulfilling your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
B. to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law;
C. if needed for my legitimate interests and rights, such as my obligation to follow the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use, and only if those interests are not overridden by yours.

I care deeply about my customers privacy. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and only with:

ETSY to be able to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

DELIVERY COMPANIES. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to be able to ship your order to you.

COMPLIANCE with laws. I may collect, use and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to:
• (a) respond to legal process or to government requests;
• (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies;
• (c) prevent and investigate fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or
• (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.


KEEPING your data:

I keep your personal information only for as long as I have to to provide you with my services.
However, I may also be required to keep this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.

I do not store your mail address, physical address or phone number anywhere outside of Etsys site, except in my own invoices from the delivery company. I do not store ANY other personal information about you outside Etsy.


YOUR RIGHTS:

I do not store any of your information besides in my own invoices from delivery companies. And information given in conversations on Etsy if it is about a custom order.

However I am legally bound to inform you the following:

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information.
While some of these rights apply in general, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases.

ACCESS. You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

You also have rights to object to, change and restrict my use of personal information.
I will delete your information if you ask me to, except for circumstances where I am required to store data for legal reasons.

COMPLAIN. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern of my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
